If you may have any issues with any items you purchase, we will do our upmost to resolve this issue as soon as possible, Please email us on yasminrosegarden.com, and allow up to 48 hours for a response. It maybe be slower during holidays and weekend.

 

In an event of a refund or an exchange we require you to provide proof of the damage or fault or specify the issue with the product. Please do this via email and send an image and resend the item to our address, supplied via email.

 

Please note  if our products show signs of unreasonable use then a refund or exchange will not be accepted. If you return an item please retain your proof of postage as we cannot accept liability for damaged or missing goods.

Our returns policy allows up to 28 days for return request from date of purchase.

Allow up to 2 weeks upon return of goods for funds to be credited to your account via the original payment method.
